Dom Cathedral

Justin is now in Germany on his business trip. Last night he walked to the Dom Cathedral and took a bunch of pictures. This is just one of them. Here is some history he provided for me about it: This building took 600 years to build, it is incredible ornate and Gothic in appearance, and they offer daily tours. He didn't take one because he was there after it closed. I think it's interesting how at first, quick glance it actually looks similar to the Salt Lake Temple. It's amazing how many things there are to see in this world!

North Sea

Justin sent me this picture of him at his hotel in Amsterdam on the North Sea. I am jealous of the beautiful view! Although he is there on business, how much fun to see a new place. He said there are huge windmills and tulip fields everywhere (even though they are not in bloom). He will be spending a some time in Amsterdam before heading the Germany. The plan is for him to get some travel details while on business so we can go back together some day.

Valentines Day

We spent Valentine's Day at home sick. None of us were feeling well. We all spend lots of time sleeping and watching TV. I hope everyone else had a better day than we did!

My Birthday

I had such a great birthday! Thanks to everyone who sent birthday wishes my way.
The day started our pretty normal, go to work etc. After work, we took Bentley to a sitter's and got a REAL date. It was so nice! Justin surprised me with a huge bouquet of beautiful red and white roses. We went shopping and I got some new clothes. Then we went to dinner at the Melting Pot. Justin and I had never been there before so it was a new experience. We loved it! Everything was so good and we couldn't stop eating the cheese. By the time we got to dessert, we were both stuffed but I wasn't about the pass up chocolate fondue. It was heavenly. After, we had to roll ourselves to the car because we ate so much. All in all, it was a wonderful day and date. Justin really went out of his way to make my birthday special and he definitely succeeded. Thanks honey, I love you!

Thinking Inside the Box

We have a storage ottoman that we use for toys. Bentley thinks it's a pretty fun toy in and of itself. Come to think of it, she loves all kinds of hiding places. She loves to shut herself in the closet too. Anyway, she thinks it's pretty fun to climb in and out of the ottoman and tries to close the lid while she is inside.
