Is it Spring Yet?

I woke up to another dreary morning today. But half way to work, the smoggy mess cleared, there was sunshine and light rain. And for those brief few minutes there was happiness and warmth in my heart as it felt like spring. A few miles down the road it was back to the smoggy nastiness, but it made me happy to have that brief moment of spring.

Speaking of the gross, cancer-causing air outside, did anyone else see the article in the paper the other day? You know, the one that ranks Utah number one in the nation? Number one for the worst air quality. Now there's a title we can be proud of! More studies are coming out showing that air pollution kills people. (Duh!) I'm so glad to live and breath the smog daily. Yuck!

Wow, how did Utah take that title from LA? They have some of the worst air quality I've ever seen. I can understand your need for spring. We just hit our cold days and I'm already wishing for the nice warm weather again.

I've been trying to channel Spring since November...my telepathy is a little weak. But it did get up to 65 today, yea!!!

I didn't know that Utah had bad air...that just seems really odd to me.

Since I live way down south, we are missing the inversions, luckily. I love 50 degree weather!

I feel your pain. I live in a county with one of the highest breast cancer rates. There's a nuclear facility right nearby. Hmmmm

I'm a bit tired of the yucky air myself. Has JM continued to run in it? I have. I hope I'm not killing myself even faster...
